My Hoedown is a free, independent schedule-planning tool for Fog Town Hoedown 2026 dance conference attendees. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can contact us about your information.

- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and protect the website.

Because we do not perform cross-site tracking, browser “Do Not Track” signals do not change how My Hoedown operates. We do not knowingly allow third parties to track your activity across other websites through My Hoedown.
Retention and Your Choices
We keep account information and saved schedules while your account is active, except when longer retention is necessary for legal or security purposes.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information and saved schedule by emailing hello@mashaedition.com. We may verify that you control the account before fulfilling a request. When an account is deleted, its associated schedule information is also removed from active systems, subject to any legally required retention and routine backup expiration.

We use reasonable technical safeguards and service providers to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
